5 ways to get a job without an Experience

 As a fresh graduate from the University or higher Institutions of learning ,you are eager to get a well paid job but unfortunately 99% of all employers will not entrust their companies to an amateur because of the risk of wastage of resources,so many errors and inexperience.

How then can a new graduate get employed without the necessary experiences demanded during all job recruitment processes?...

Based on my years of Voluntary service after graduating from the University of Buea in 2018 I have been able to help you gain some knowledge about how you can get a job without any experience.

#Accept a low paid job or no paid job (Volunteerism)

Working under someone is never an easy task especially when the person is so difficult to deal with .In the end the benefits of serving under someone outweighs the monetary benefits you can receive  as an amateur .https://bessandraofficial.blogspot.com/2021/08/the-only-thing-you-should-do-to-be.html

In fact the company should be paid for helping you gain experiences and for you using their facilities during this stage of your life .

Working with low pay is sometimes demotivational but you need to focus on your goals of getting a better job in future . Remember no one will give you a high position If you haven't proved your worth through your experiences why not use that low paid job to maximize your chances of getting a better job.After all it is riskier not to do anything at all

Working as a volunteer is the best way to get a job without any experience.This is because you will gain skills which will boost your Curriculum Vitae and land you a lucrative job.While volunteering anywhere you must do it with so much zeal and distinction so that at the end of the training you win the heart of your employer and be retained .

Volunteer like everything your chances of retention depends on you,of course it depends on you through your assiduity and pushfulness. Be ready to foot your bills and you must be ready to make sacrifices because there are so many challenges during a Voluntary service ranging from Family pressures,some annoying bosses and co-volunteers,lack of finances and all the stress.

Based on my Challenges during Voluntary services I was able to develop my entrepreneurial Spirit.i started selling Virony Smart Ladies pads ,Sold Milk Sweets to my Customers who patronized me as I moved with my articles whenever I went out for daily collections.I was able to assist myself to cover my expenses .

In fact Volunteerism brought me to the Love of my Life (Klaus Peace)who was a friend by then .He assistance financially , morally, Spiritually helped me complete my Voluntary services hitch free without sexual Exploitation from My male bosses.

#Work for a Non-profit Organization

Working for these organizations will cause you to be actively involved in community Development projects which will boost your Interpersonal skills for your next job,it will help you network and made new friends.

Assist Children,the elderly ,work at your local church or get involved in Charity.Money is not always everything the experiences  you will gain will help you in other aspects of your life .I am able to write this article because of the experiences I got during my voluntary services or low paid jobs.I can inspire you through my experiences which no amount of money can pay for.

#Approach Businesses and offer your services free of charge ,be excellent at what you do and as time goes on based on your excellent works, your will be asked to name your price.No employer will refuse free services because it they will gain cheap labour and save money from available Human resources.

#Take an online course

Taking an online course helps you to learn more in your specific field.Everybody who aspires to get a well paid job in future understands the need to update their skills or else they will be obsolete.Add value to yourself by taking an online course to increase your portfolio.There are many online learning sites like Udemy, "Everything Teachable" etc you can learn and get certification.The job market is very competitive nowadays.You need to constantly study to stay relevant in it.

#Get Mentorship programs and follow your mentors online

In life there's always someone who is lesser or greater than you are.It is not a bad idea to learn from those who are experienced in your field.Follow them closely on all their social media handles,ask questions,be curious, network well during a conference ,you  can never know what the future has for you .Always collect contacts when you meet someone new.

Tell people you are looking for a job and when the opportunity arises use it to your advantage.Solve a problem at their organization and wait to see results . As a fresh graduate do not focus on your inexperienced,focus on what problem you can solve.Make your employers know how they will benefit from your services.You are indirectly benefitting from their working space even if you are not receiving any monetary benefits and if you are luckier you will receive stipends.
